For many of us, our homes have become our sacred spaces—our shelters from the storms of the world. Our homes are where we recharge our batteries before venturing out again. They are where we celebrate important mile markers, plan our futures and where we gather with loved ones to share stories and time. And they are also where we grieve—the loss of a job, relationship, a loved one, or a dream. All the while our homes absorb these imprints.

In the same way that we tend to the appearance of our homes by decluttering or removing dirt and debris, it is also important to clear our homes of energetic residues. Much of this can be done on our own by setting an intention and moving stuck energy with sage and/or sound (bells, chimes, or rattles). However, there are times when the clearing work might require some assistance.
