About
My personal path to wellness has been winding and varied, teaching me to navigate the dark depths of the soul and gifting me with profound blessings I had no idea were possible. One of the greatest insights I’ve gained on my ongoing journey to well-being is that no one can heal you but you. Others can help facilitate your healing but only you can heal yourself. My role in our collaborative healing work is to share the wisdom that guides me, the healing prompts that come through me, and to create a safe container where you can access your own personal wisdom, amplify your own sacred voice, and connect with your own inner healing and come into alignment with yourself and others.
I first ventured into the shamanic realms in 1995 when I was taught how to journey (a shamanic divination and healing practice thought to be at least forty thousand years old) by Michael Harner—anthropologist and founder of The Foundation for Shamanic Study. In 2006 I earned a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. Later, in 2008, I was taught the practice of soul retrieval by Sandra Ingerman (acclaimed author and masterful shamanic healer). Since 2010 I have also been a student of the Vajrayana Buddhist teachings on mindfulness and meditation. All of these varied disciplines inform my approach to helping others connect to their own inner healing, intuition, and wisdom.
